For the attention of Franchisee and Home Based Entrepreneurs/ Home Based Call Center Representative (HBE or HBCCR):-
We are a Software Consulting and Outsourcing Company working for our international clients with multiple clusters of global businesses.
We are looking for 5000 Home Based Entrepreneurs (HBE) to be selected within India through our franchisee to work for our National and Global clients. The Selected HBEs can work from home or from anywhere as part time or full time. Moreover we have the target of appointing 100 franchisees within March 31st of 2015 throughout India for multiple business opportunities and to promote the business of our global clients internationally.
Either the franchisees appointed or the Home Based Enterprenuers (HBE) will be selected through Interview and will be matched in the right category of business as per the efficiency and eligibility. Necessary Trainings, Softwares would be provided to such selected Franchisees and HBE.
It is a very good opportunity for those who are interested to work with us as a franchisee or to the HBE to earn money satisfactorily more than what you expect. All the businesses whichever is given by us have been selected by our International Business Analyst Team after deep business research and will never be saturated by means of time and years and will grow with this modern age of technology. So the pre invested work, efficiency and potentiality of the franchisee or the HBE will gradually raise the turnover and profit in this business opportunity.
Eligibility for the Franchisees:-
1. Good Office Infra
2. Necessary Technical Infra
3. Efficient Employees
4. Experience in any previous experience would be an added advantage
5. Interest and Intention to do Business, Dynamic, active working ability and presence of mind
Eligibility for the Home Based Entrepreneurs:-
1. Good English communication skill
2. Basic Computer Knowledge
3. With or without Degree
4. Fresher or the Experienced
5. Good Typing skill, Hindi, Working experience in Domestic or International Call Centers may be considered as added advantage.
For the Attention of HBE:-
1. The HBE can work from home or from anywhere.
To work from anywhere:-
You should have latest high end android mobile (with 3G internet) to work from anywhere
or
To work from Home:-
A Desktop computer or Laptop + Broadband or wireless connection + a telephone or mobile
2. Trainings and other supports will be provided once you are selected by our team
3. Interview would be based on
a. Basic English communication skill
b. Basic Computer Knowledge
c. Basic knowledge in handling our client through phone and emails
If basic qualities are there, we will give training to improve the above skills once you are shortlisted.
Who can work as HBE:-
1. Housewives
2. Part time Job Seekers
3. Full time Job seekers
4. Students
5. The Retired / Pensioners
Type of Processes:
Home based Business processes would be given to the eligible persons based on the interview with us. The processes would be Technical or Non Technical, Call Center (Voice or Non Voice) etc. In this process the selected candidates can work anywhere in or out of India (But initially Process would be given only for the candidates from India)
Other Terms applicable for Franchisees and HBE:-
1. For premium Business processes affordable upfront fee would be there. For non premium processes, there would not be any upfront.
2. Affordable Basic Incurring Charges (Towards Training, Software and Hardware Equipments if any) will have to be paid before we initiate training and providing necessary process kits.
3. Affordable Refundable Security Deposit will be collected (varies Based on the process and type of business category assigned by the Business analyst team)
Selection Process for the Franchisee:
1. Franchisee would be selected based on the Investment Capacity, Office Infra, Previous Business Track Records and the ability of Smart handling of business.
2. Our team will guide you in selecting the right employees to match the expectations of our clients.
3. Training would be provided either in online (if candidates are below 10 in numbers) or offline (direct training, if candidates are above 10) based on the situation
4. Franchisee selection will be finalized once we get the approvable from our clients.
Other Information:
1. All sort of supports to the franchisees and the HBE will be provided by Technical, Business analyst and development team of Brain Parks to promote the business.
2. Though we work for various clients throughout the globe, We are the direct payer to the franchisees and the HBEs. We are 100% responsible for what we have committed.
3. All terms whichever have been discussed would be reflected in the contract between the company (Brain Parks Technology) and the franchisees or the HBEs. All Business processes can be initiated either by the Franchisees or by the HBEs only after signing in the Business Agreement.
4. The Copies of the Signed agreement would be served to the franchisees and the HBEs.
5. All processes and procedures would be professional and legal as per the law of our nation.
