Detailed Note- Tele-Verification Process for Indian Customers
· Total minimum Validations (expectation) in a month : 20000 validations (Validations will Increase on month on month basis)
· Market benchmark (with other vendors) – Average 70 – 80 validations per agent per day – Vintage/ experienced agents and Freshers – 40 – 60 validations per day within a week of being on board.
· States covered – Please specify cities you can cover in India
· Candidates should be minimum 12th passed and with a minimum vintage of 1- 2 years in similar industry/ company details validation projects. However as an exception extremely smart Freshers can also be considered;
· Candidates should have fluent communication skills in English, Hindi and regional languages depending on city of operation;
· Candidates should have fluency in basic MS Excel skills ( Updating details, simple formulas);
· Candidates should possess good keyboard (typing) speed – minimum 20 – 30 words per minute;
· Candidates should be well versed with the geography of Desired Location ( Cities, Localities, Streets, Road, Landmarks, Pincodes, STD Codes etc.);
· Candidates should possess basic intelligence to relate the correct nature of business to any organization/ company;
An agent is expected to validate the below :
· Company Name ( Correctly Spelt, Name is complete and correct as per registered name);
· Company Name Synonym ( Abbreviation, Also Known As, Formerly Known As etc.);
· Location Type
· Address including Locality, Landmark, City, Pincode & State;
· Contact Numbers – Mobile Numbers, Landline Telephone Numbers, Toll Free Numbers;
· Contact Person/ Decision Maker Name;
· Company Website
· Email IDs
· Nature of business ( Business Segment )
· Business Type – Manufacturer / Dealer/ Exporter etc.
· Attributes
Other requirements :
· Desktops, Phones, Internet Broadband;
· MS Excel application;
· Daily QC at your end;
· QC calibration, Identifying errors, constructive feedback, identifying training needs;
· Daily Reports & MIS;
· Call Recordings.
NOTE : From Client End end, training will be provided, Data will be provided, QC calibration will be done periodically, QC feedbacks will be shared daily, Validation Counts & IDs will be shared daily.
