An Usa Based Reputed Financial Firm looking for call center partners for its Inbound /chat sale support . With outbound sales

Client offers Effective and Affordable financial services to customer of the entire United States. The client is a nationally recognized expert financial firm, and has helped thousands of clients. This offer is perfect for United States residents that have credit problems, financial hardship, recent bankruptcy, divorce, or identity theft.


Nature of work:

Our client requires an experience centre to handle all inbound calls of its customer and counsel them regarding their requirements.


Requirements:

1. Excellent English speaking neutral accent proven team of 10 agents. (For inbound /chat for outbound u can increase seats up to your potential)
2. Quality Assurance Team.
3. 4 MBPs Lease line and 10 MBPs back-up broadband line.
4. Avaya 1608-I IP phone or else parallel Hard/Hosted Dialer.
5. Core 2 Duo Systems with 1GB RAM and 80 HDD.
6. Office should be covered with CCTV and Bio-metrics.


Other Details:

1. Payout: 45USD per Inbound sale (thru inbound call and Chat ) with outbound sale also
2. Working Hours: From morning 9:00 AM to Evening 6:00 PM EST
3. Payment Mode: Bank Wire
4. Payment Frequency: Weekly
5. Training: In-House, Provided by Client.
6. Training Period: 10 working days.
7. Reporting: CRM provided by client.
8. Sign up: On Client's Indian Site/Office.


Documents Required:

1. Certificate of Incorporation.
2. Memorandum of Association (MoA)
3. Articles of Association (AoA)
4. Company PAN Card.
5. Shop act license.
6. OSP license under DoT/TRIA
7. Director's ID proof.
8. Director's Address proof.
9. Director's digital signature.
10. Company experience certificate. (If any).

Sign up procedure:
1: Center will forward Company Profile with LoI.
2: Client will notify the center to submit all other documents.
3: Client will verify all the information and documents submitted by center.
4: Conference call with client.
5: Client visit and Meeting.
6: Flow Chart submitted by center.
7: Sign up at Client’s office.
8: Training and Mock’s.
9: Live.
