KEY POINTS:
• Startup Capacity : 5 Seats.
• Expandable : After 3 to 6 Months or as per performance(Probationary Period).
• Payment Cycle : Wired after every 15 Days.
• Payment Holdback : Nil.
• Payment Mode : Wire Transfer Only.
• Payment Terms : On Login Hour Basis on Portal.
• Login Time : UK Business hours.
• Payout : $4.00 USD/Seat/Hour/Agent.
• Center Payment : Center will be paid Only for Operational Hours (Details in Agreement)
• Payment Increment: After 3 to 6 Months or as per performance.
• Wire Charges : To be deducted from billing.
• Type of campaign : Outbound/Inbound.
• Sales Target : 1SALE/Day/Agent.
• Operational Hours : 8 Hours a day, 5 Days a week.
• Sign up : Online Sign up.
• Tenure : After Probationary Period, Lock in Period of 12 months.
NOTE : No Dialing Cost or Minutes Cost for Center. VOIP minutes will be provide from client end.
REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER TERMS:
• Dialer needs to support Inbound Calls facility.(Soft or Hard)
• Male Female Ratio has to be has to be at least 1:1.
• Prior Call center experienced (Outbound/Inbound) agents to dial only.
• All call needs to be recorded and stored in Dialer or ftp for minimum 6 Months.
• Agent Login Reports and Portal Reports to be generated on a daily basis.
• Live Date from 29th Feb.
