UK Telephone Preference Service (TPS)

Hello hope everyone busy

Just had a letter from UK Telephone Preference Service (TPS) saying a customer has reported us what’s really annoying is we only rang him 2 times anyway my question is

I’m in the UK and I use an overseas company to do all the cold calling and we pay them per lead they provide the data and everything else once the sale is confirmed then I call them direct

The way we have the script is they say hello its (name) calling from (our company)

To cover my backside should this be

Hello its (name) calling from (company) phone on behalf of (my company)

Would this get me out of any trouble?
