We are Hiring Contact centers for our international business services(Not Consultancy, We are end client, hence no upfront, no charges to be paid) Centers with below eligibility criteria can step forward to bid for projects
Requirements:
1. Centers should have minimum 50+ workstations.
2. Centers need to provide a toll free number (based on the requirements)dedicated to our company.
3. Centers need to have an SL attained till 85% in there previous project or existing projects.
5. Should send 10+ Call recordings of previous projects completed.
6. Centers should be equipped with all modern technology of Call center requirements.
7. Centers should have an experience of minimum 3+ years in the domestic or international market.
8. Centers to be located only in metropolitan cities will be approved.
9. Centers should be legally registered in there respective country.
10. Centers should be feasible with 45 days payment cycle.
11. Centers should be cost effective.
Procedures to Bid:
Go to "Google" - "Innovic 247" - (*****.*****) - Click on "Contact us" - Scroll down and Click on "To Join IBDN – Innovic Business Development Center Network" - "Fill the form" and then "Submit"
After Submission our Center Relationship officer will get in touch.
NOTE:
1. Only Contact center CEO, Director, Decision maker has to contact us.
2. There is no charges like upfront/deposit to get projects from Innovic 247.
3. Innovic 247 projects are directly outsourced to end call centers without any interference of Agents/Consultants, hence centers can bid/approach directly without brokerages.
4. Project details will be shared upon confirmation and approval of the center.
